Lauren is the first woman to have swum 35 kilometres around Lord Howe Island, a stunningly beautiful island located 600 kilometres off the east coast of Australia.  She talks about why she did the swim and the mental state she had to be in to cope with challenges such as a huge swell, swimming into a current that kept her in the same place for two hours and dealing with the sharks...
