Ines is the co-founder of Female Entrepreneur Worldwide (FEW) and also leads the Hong Kong chapter of Inspiring Girls, a charity that is empowering girls by connecting them with female role models.

For many years, Ines tried many careers but felt she hadn’t found her calling yet. She kept exploring the world. When she volunteered for TEDx, she found exactly what she wanted to do, plus a business partner! She talks about how they started FEW and their mission of helping women entrepreneurs grow their business to the next level.

With Inspiring Girls, she partners with schools and brings role models to meet with young girls aged 15-18 to give them examples of different possible career paths, especially in male dominated industries.
