“You hear: “we want companies with women CEOs in our portfolio” so I thought I was in such a nice position - woman, CEO, blockchain - but there is definitely a discrepancy between what you hear and the reality. The COO and I both sent out exactly the same email to investors. But he had more people responding to him than I did.”
