To enable women to thrive and realise their full potential in law firms and financial institutions, we’ve created a bookable series of transformational workshops based on our unique 3Cs model: 

Thriving as a Woman in Law or Finance: The Five Essential Tools for Finding Your Voice

  • Neither a witch nor a dishcloth: exploring alternatives to the aggressive/submissive double-bind

  • The Secrets of Self-Confidence: simple, tested techniques for building self-confidence from the inside

  • The Interruption Challenge:  ensuring that women’s voices are heard in meetings

  • Women & Anger:  giving women the permission and the techniques for expressing anger professionally and constructively

  • Exploring the Outer Limits of Diversity:  getting the most out of diverse workplaces

Combining our insider knowledge of international law firms and financial institutions with creativity, Gestalt therapy and the latest coaching techniques, we have spent thousands of hours coaching women in law and finance.  We understand that every woman in those industries faces different situations but similar challenges.
