Hey, I’m Cecilia.  

Ex-lawyer, ex-banker, international Executive Coach, speaker, and writer dedicated to helping women in lawyers make partner.

I was born in Sydney and have lived in Paris for close-on thirty years.  I’m proud to have created a business that has transformed the lives of women lawyers across the world. 

Through my one-to-one and group coaching, my Brave New Women podcast, my Paris-based “Firm Women” group of English-speaking women lawyers, my speaking on gender equity and an audience in multiple countries, I help women like you dream big and take action.
