Introduction & Orientation
Kick-off session (via Zoom or in-person) to meet your cohort, set objectives and establish ground rules.
One-to-One Coaching Sessions
Two deep-dive discussions in which we’ll work through your current challenges and identify the one or two areas you’ll master over the next 6–8 weeks.
Interactive Group Sessions
Regular Zoom or in-person meetups to reflect, share and practise new skills.
Role-play of sales conversations, assertiveness techniques and networking strategies.

Ongoing messaging support between sessions.
