Daring to be vulnerable with Kamel Hothi

Show Notes

Kamel Hothi speaks about her extraordinary personal journey and career in banking. At times, she felt as though she was being torn apart, no longer knowing whether she was a high-powered banker or the maid. It was only when she let herself be vulnerable at work, and shared her difficult home life, that she was able to find support... and find herself.
She now works with individuals and corporates on vulnerability and making our workplaces more human.
