Why so few women are at the top with Gill Whitty-Collins

Show Notes

For the first 20 years of her career, Gill Whitty-Collins didn’t see the gender equality issue. Then she became Senior Vice President of Procter & Gamble Beauty and entered a male dominant culture. At that point, she saw it, she felt it, she even tried to fit in. Her latest book ‘Why Men Win at Work’ explores the psychology of gender diversity. She shares insights from her personal experience and encourages men to sign up to be femanists!
Gill now is a career coach and has her own consulting company, which works on building brand, gender equality and diversity.
